Products offered for sale by Leicesterdrones.com are done so with a 6 month limited replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated. We will warrant, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, that any item sold via this website will be free from defects in material. During this 6 month period, Leicesterdrones.com will replace or repair defective material at no cost to the purchaser. Postage of the item is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that only insured mail is used for this purpose. Leicesterdrones.com cannot accept responsibility for items sent to us which are lost in the post.
Any defects caused as a result of crash damage will not be covered under warranty nor will any consequential loss be reimbursed. Flying drones requires practice and a degree of skill, care and attention and this is entirely the responsibility of you, the customer. Consequential damage of any kind will not be covered or reimbursed by Leicesterdrones.com. You may want to consider taking out 3rd party liability insurance to cover any potential cost incurred in this way.
If incorrect prices are mistakenly shown on the website, we reserve the right to cancel your order for that item and issue a full refund of the amount that you paid.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. In this case you will have to pay return shipping costs. You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used. Once we have received the unopened undamaged item we will refund you in full if you have paid with Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer.
If you have paid with Paypal you will be refunded in full sans a fee which is usually around 2.9% as this is what Paypal charges us to carry out refunds.
If you think that your item is faulty, you must complete our Return Request Form and provide a detailed description of the fault. The first task is to confirm if the issue is a genuine fault as often it is something minor that we are able to help solve via email or over the phone. If we are not able to resolve the fault by email or over the phone we may ask you to return the product for inspection. If there is a genuine fault we will repair the item. If, after inspection, we find that the item does not have a genuine fault and has been miss-used, crashed, had incorrect software installed or has not been maintained properly then it will not be repaired or replaced. In this case there will be an inspection fee of £39.99 plus shipping costs if you would like the item to be returned to you.
Where an order contains an item which is on preorder we will onl ship the complete order out to you as soon as we have all items in stock. We will only send your order in its entirety, we will not part ship orders.
We aim to ship all orders the same day that they are placed where the order is received before the cut off time and the items ordered are in stock. In very rare cases an order containing items that are in stock might ship the following day.
At leicesterdrones.com we pride ourselves on dispatching your order rapidly and making sure you receive it in perfect condition. Most orders are shipped the same day but we guarantee all orders will be shipped within one working day. All orders are sent by tracked delivery using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or another suitable service as required. We will select the most appropriate method for your order,however, we cannot guarantee timescales for delivery and delivery times may vary.
