Pix4D is the leading software for commercial drone users. It enables users to build extensive and highly detailed 3D models and maps from data collected during a drone flight. Learning the skills required to make the most out of this software will really put you ahead of the competition!

Who is the course for?
The course is for anyone wanting to use modelling and mapping software as part of their business offering. Whether you’re a one-man startup as a drone pilot seeking to expand your skills, or a top tech whizz seeking to offer a niche service to aerial imaging companies, this Pix4D workshop is ideal. Importantly the workshop takes a practical focus to enable you to make real world use of PIX4D.
What do the course fees include?
You’ll be fully refreshed with tea and coffee throughout the day, as well as a tasty lunch!
What do I need to bring?
Bring your drone and if the weather is good you can capture your own data using ground control points that we will set up.
Bring your own laptop, one of a specification capable of running PIX4D. If you don’t have the PIX4D you can get a trial licence for 15 days to cover the course.
Minimum specs for PIX4D
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3 or AMD Phenom processor (or faster)
RAM: 4GB RAM (or more)
Display: 1024×768 display resolution (or higher)
Hard disk: 4 GB HDD free space (more for large datasets)
SSD with 4x dataset size free space.
MacOS: High Sierra (10.13) (or newer)
Windows: Windows 10 (64 Bit).
